摘  要:在温度65℃下,反应2 h,合成三聚氰胺-双氰胺-甲醛三元阳离子缩聚物高效絮凝脱色剂,再通过添加甲醇和尿素降低游离甲醛含量,得到物质的量的比为三聚氰胺∶双氰胺∶氯化铵∶甲醛∶甲醇∶尿素=1∶3∶2∶15∶2.5∶0.1的高效低游离甲醛絮凝脱色剂,游离甲醛含量降低到1.51 mg/L.在处理模拟废水时,最佳脱色剂用量的质量分数为0.28%,NaOH用量的质量分数为0.26%,脱色时间20 min,pH 8,脱色率达到99.91%.Melamine-dicyandiamide-formaldehyde ternary cationic terploycondensate was synthesized at the temperature of 65℃for 2 h,which was an effective flocculating decoloring agent.It was shown that reducing the content of free formaldehyde by adding methanol and urea to obtain the high-efficiency low free formaldehyde flocculation decolorizer,which in the ratio of the mass of each substance melamine∶dicyandiamide∶ammonium chloride∶formaldehyde∶methanol∶urea=1∶3∶2∶15∶2.5∶0.1.The free formaldehyde content of flocculation decolorizer was reduced to 1.51 mg/L.When processing simulated wastewater,the mass fraction of the optimum decolorizer dosage and the NaOH dosage were 0.28%and 0.26%respectively.The decolorizing time was 20 min,pH 8 and the decolorization rate was 99.91%.
