摘  要:加工夹具经常应用于变速器输入轴内外圆的磨削作业,针对工件磨削完成后总是出现无法正常放松的情况,分析认为是由于加工夹具存在缺陷导致。为了解决汽车变速箱输入轴加工夹具存在的缺陷,对导致夹具出现缺陷的原因进行了详细分析,并在此基础上自主开发了一种放松气缸结构对原有的夹具进行了优化改造。从现场检验结果来看,优化后的夹具可以满足生产需求,原有的缺陷得到了很好的解决。The machining fixture is often used in the grinding operation of the transmission input shaft inside and outside the circle.In view of the fact that the workpiece can not be relaxed normally after the workpiece grinding is completed,it is believed that the machining fixture is caused by the defect of the machining fixture.In order to solve the defects of the fixture for automobile gearbox input shaft machining,the causes of the fixture defect are analyzed in detail.On the basis of this,a relaxed cylinder structure is developed to optimize the original fixture.According to the field inspection results,the optimized fixture can meet the production requirements,and the original defects have been well solved.
