摘　　要：针对矿用带式输送机时常出现断带事故造成工作面有效工时损失的问题,分析了一种断带保护抓捕器。经搭建的模拟实验平台测试,其可提供760kN的抓捕力并在2s内锁紧断带。经现场应用表明,断带保护抓捕器可将原来断带事故造成的有效工时6h/次降低到2h/次,满足煤矿高效生产的要求。Aiming at the problem of effective man-hour loss caused by belt-breaking accident in mine belt conveyor,this paper analyzes a kind of belt-breaking protection catch-trap.The simulated experimental platform has been tested,which can provide 760kN catching force and lock and break the belt within 2s.The field application shows that the effective man-hour caused by the original belt-breaking accident can be reduced from 6h/time to 2h/time,which can meet the requirements of high-efficiency production in coal mines.
