摘  要:为提升立式管道泵的工作效率,采用人工神经网络优化理论对该泵的进水弯管结构进行优化,利用Matlab仿真分析软件对优化后的性能进行分析,结果表明优化后的立式管道泵的工作效率提升了约1.09%,工作时的最大杨程提升了约0.31m,工作性能提升显著。In order to improve the working efficiency of the vertical pipeline pump,the structure of the inlet bend of the pump is optimized by using the artificial neural network optimization theory,and the optimized performance is analyzed by using the Matlab simulation analysis software.The results show that the working efficiency of the optimized vertical pipeline pump is increased by about 1.09%,the maximum working distance of the pump is increased by about 0.31 m,and the performance of the pump is improved significantly.
