摘  要:针对某矿主立井提升系统中存在的故障进行了原因分析,并从提升机老旧、减速器及滚筒调绳离合器效率低、液压站及主电控系统性能不稳定等多方面进行了优化改造,并提出了具体的改进措施。实践表明,改造后的提升系统不仅故障发生率大大降低,提升效率增强,提高了井下的生产能力。The causes of the faults in the hoisting system of the main shaft of a mine are analyzed,and the efficiency of adjusting the rope clutch from the hoist is old and the speed reducer and the roller are low.The hydraulic station and the main electric control system are optimized in many aspects such as the unstable performance,and the concrete improvement measures are put forward.The practice shows that the revamped lifting system not only reduces the failure rate greatly,but also enhances the efficiency of the lifting,and improves the downhole production capacity.
