摘 要:【目的】精准改良骨干恢复系川恢907稻瘟病抗性,为培育抗稻瘟病杂交水稻新品种提供优良恢复系。【方法】本文通过多代回交与分子标记辅助选择技术相结合,以五山丝苗为抗稻瘟病基因Pi2供体,精准改良骨干恢复系川恢907(含有抗稻瘟病基因Pik和Pita)的稻瘟病抗性。【结果】经T检验,改良后聚合了Pi2、Pik和Pita3个抗稻瘟病基因的新川恢907与原始材料间的主要农艺性状无显著差异;基于NY/T1433-2014中48对SSR引物对其进行指纹图谱鉴定,二者之间无差异;经稻瘟病病圃田间抗性鉴定,新川恢907稻瘟病叶瘟1级、颈瘟1级,综合抗病指数1.0,抗稻瘟病。【结论】通过抗病基因聚合,显著提高了川恢907的稻瘟病抗性,保持了川恢907的原有优良特性。【Objective】To provide excellent restorer lines for breeding new resistance rice varieties against rice blast disease, the resistance of major rice restorer Chuanhui 907 was improved perfectly in this study.【Method】Wushansimiao contained rice blast resistance gene Pi 2 was used as a donator to improve the resistance of major rice restorer Chuanhui 907 which contained Pik and Pita resistance genes, through crossing and backcrossing breeding combined with molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS).【Result】The three rice blast resistance genes were polymerized in the new Chuanhui 907, and there was no significant difference in main agronomic characters between the new Chuanhui 907 and the original material through T test. There was no significant difference between the new Chuanhui 907 and the original material on DNA fingerprint identification based on 48 SSR molecular markers in NY/T 1433-2014. New Chuanhui 907 showed 1 rd grade of leaf blast, 1 rd grade of neck blast in the disease nursery, with a comprehensive resistance index of 1.0, which indicated a high rice blast resistance.【Conclusion】The study can be concluded that by gene pyramiding, it can not only successfully improve rice blast resistance of the restorer Chuanhui 907, but also could maintain its original traits.
