摘  要:【目的】对那曲县高山嵩草草甸进行围封处理,并按随机布点方式连续3年进行采样。【方法】以自由放牧的高山嵩草草甸为参照,分析短期围封对高寒草甸土壤有机碳及主要养分含量的影响。【结果】土壤有机碳、碱解氮、速效钾的含量在3年间,围封草甸与自由放牧草甸在所有土层间均无显著差异。土壤速效磷含量2013年只在0~5cm土层内围封草甸显著高于自由放牧草甸(P<0.05),在2014-2015年围封草甸与自由放牧草甸在所有土层间均无显著差异。【结论】围封虽然对保护生态稳定性差的草地以及恢复退化草地来说是有效手段之一,但其并不一定是在所有情况下都会产生积极作用。【Objective】The researchers have enclosed part of the Kobresia pygmaea meadow in Naqu county and collected samples from randomly picked observation points for three consecutive years.【Method】The paper analyzed the impact of short-term enclosure on soil organic carbon and main nutrients in alpine meadow by comparison with those in Kobresia pygmaea meadow with free range.【Result】There was no significant difference in soil organic carbon, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and soil rapidly available potassium between meadow enclosed and meadow with free range in all layers in the three years. The content of rapidly available phosphorus shared no significant difference between the two types of meadow in all layers in both 2014 and 2015, yet in 0-5 cm soil layer in 2013, it was significantly higher in the enclosed meadow than that in the unenclosed one ( P <0.05).【Conclusion】Although enclosure is one of the effective measures for protecting grassland with poor ecological stability and restoring degraded grassland, it may not work effectively for all the situations.
