摘  要:首先采用烷氧基硅烷为原料制备有机硅预聚体,然后用环氧树脂对其进行改性,并进行结构表征。以改性有机硅树脂为主要成膜物质,加入一定比例混合的改性纳米二氧化钛/滑石粉/高岭土作为耐热填料以及各种助剂制备改性有机硅耐热涂料。研究填料的用量对所得涂料力学性能和耐高温性能的影响。结果表明,当改性纳米二氧化钛用量为7.5-10份时,涂料的耐高温性能、附着力、柔韧性、硬度和抗冲击性能最佳。Silicone prepolymers were firstly prepared by using alkoxysilanes as raw materials, and then modified with epoxy resin. The epoxy-modified polysiloxane resins were prepared and characterized. Finally, the modified polysiloxane heat resistant coatings were prepared with the modified polysiloxane as a major film-forming substance and with modified nano-TiO2/Talc powder/kaolin as heat resistant fillers. Effect of the amount of fillers on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the resulting coatings was discussed. The results show that when the amount of heat resistant fillers was 7.5-10 parts, the coatings have excellent high heat resistance, adhesion, flexibility, hardness and impact resistance.
