摘 要:随着电子商务在全球范围内的发展,传统百货业受到了巨大冲击,当前百货店纷纷转型升级,与互联网深度融合,主动迎合消费升级态势,呈现出回稳向好态势,但很多企业仍面临转型困难等诸多问题。基于此,本文通过梳理北京百货业的发展历程,探究不同时期发展停滞的动因,在简述目前北京百货业的发展现状及探索四种转型升级方式的基础上,重点论述当前转型升级所面临的困难以及相应解决对策,以期为北京百货业成功转型升级提供参考。With the development of e-commerce in the world,the traditional department store industry has been greatly impacted. At present,department stores have transformed and upgraded one after another. They are deeply integrated with the Internet and actively cater to the trend of consumption upgrading,showing a stable and positive trend. But many enterprises are still facing many problems such as transformation difficulties. Based on this,this paper combs the development process of Beijing department stores,and explores the reasons for stagnation of development in different periods. On the basis of a brief description of the current development situation of Beijing department stores and the four modes of transformation and upgrading which have been explored,this paper focuses on the difficulties faced by the transformation and upgrading of department stores and the corresponding countermeasures,so that can provide a reference for the successful transformation and upgrading of department stores in Beijing.
