大智移云时代文化创意产业与金融融合的模式思考

摘　　要：进入新时代,我国文化创意产业的发展拉开新篇章,国家和地方政策支持力度持续加强、文化创意市场日益活跃、文化金融新业态不断呈现。但文化创意产业如何在"大智移云"的背景下,借助新技术的东风,与传统文化产业、金融等其他行业融合,从而实现产业转型升级乃至跨越式发展,才是该产业目前面临的真正挑战。本文以着力培育文化创意产业新业态为出发点,以高等教育出版企业、高校文创企业孵化器与金融融合为例,进行了文化创意产业与金融融合模式的探索研究,为推动文化创意产业高质量发展贡献微薄智慧。In the new era,the development of China’s cultural creative industries has turned a new chapter,and the support of national and local policies has been continuously strengthened. The market of cultural creativity is becoming more and more active,and the new formats of cultural finance are constantly emerging. However,under the background of "Big data,Intelligentization,Mobile internet and Cloud computing",how can cultural creative industries merge with traditional cultural industries,finance and other industries with the help of new technologies? And the real challenge which cultural creative industry is facing at present is how to realize industrial transformation,upgrading and even leapfrog development. Starting from fostering a new format of cultural creative industries,this paper explores the mode of integration of cultural creative industries and finance by taking higher education publishing enterprises,incubators of cultural creative enterprises and financial integration as examples,so as to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of cultural creative industries.
