摘　　要：邢台是中国历史上殷商时代政治、经济、文化的中心,在历史发展长河中积淀了深厚的文化底蕴,形成了辉煌而独特的地域文化。"一带一路"倡议的实施给邢台地域文化的传播创造了机遇,然而邢台地域文化的传播目前还有很多不足之处,邢台要抓住"一带一路"的历史机遇,利用好新媒体、国际赛事和国际交流等对外传播途径,提高对外传播质量,促成邢台地域文化"走出去",增强其国际影响力,为中华文化的国际传播发挥重要助推作用。Xingtai, as the political, economic and cultural center of China in the Yin and Shang Dynasties, has laid a deep cultural foundation in the long course of historical development, and has formed the splendid and unique regional culture. While the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative has created opportunities for the spreading of this unique culture, presently there are still many inadequacies in its transmission. It is high time Xingtai grasp this historical opportunity, and utilize means as new media,international events as well as international exchanges to improve transmission quality, promote the "going out"of Xingtai regional culture and boost its international influence, so that it can help push forward the international spreading of the Chinese national culture.
