摘　　要：排土工艺一直都在露天开采中具有重要的影响地位。为研究大型露天矿胶带排土工艺参数,通过对排土场现状、当前排土工艺等调查,对二期大扇形排土作业中排土机的合理排土方式与顺序进行对比,研究分析主要排土工艺参数,确定排土段高、排土带宽、工作平盘宽度、可移置式胶带机移设步距及周期,有效地指导矿山的正常生产,从而提高矿山总体经济效益。The dumping process has always played an important role in open pit mining.In order to study the process parameters of large-scale open-pit mine tape dumping,through the investigation of the current status of the dumping site and the current dumping process,the reasonable dumping method and sequence of the dumper in the second-stage large fan-shaped dumping operation are compared.The process parameters of the dumping process determine the height of the dumping section,the bandwidth of the dumping,the width of the working plate,the stepping distance and the period of the displaceable belt conveyor,effectively guiding the normal production of the mine,thereby improving the overall economic benefits of the mine.
