摘 要:目的:研究早期正规强化康复训练改善小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫的疗效和对发育商的影响。方法:选取100例脑损伤综合征及脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组进行家庭常规康复训练,观察组进行早期正规强化康复训练,评估两种康复训练疗效及对患儿发育商、运动功能的影响。结果:观察组训练后发育商分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练后粗大运动功能测量表(GMFM量表)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期正规强化康复训练在改善小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫运动功能方面可取得良好疗效,且可提高患儿发育商,对患儿智力发育有利。Objective: To study efficacy of early normal intensive rehabilitation training in improvement of brain injury syndrome of children with cerebral palsy and its influence on development quotient. Methods: 100 children with brain injury syndrome were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The control group was subjected to routine family rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given the early normal intensive rehabilitation training. The efficacy of the rehabilitation training and its influence on the development quotient and motor function were evaluated. Results: After the training, the development quotient score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(86.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The gross motor function measure(GMFM scale) score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The early normal intensive rehabilitation training is effective in the improvement of the motor function of the children with cerebral palsy. Moreover, it can improve the development quotient, which is beneficial to the intelligence development of the children.
