摘　　要：目的:观察个性化护理对宫外孕围手术期患者不良心理状况及依从性的影响。方法:选取94例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,依据入院顺序的奇偶将其分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上开展围手术期个性化护理,比较两组心理状况、护理依从性及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性为93.62%(44/47),明显高于对照组的78.72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.26%(2/47),明显低于对照组的17.02%(8/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用个性化护理能有效改善宫外孕围手术期患者不良心理状况、提高其依从性,减少并发症发生率。Objective: To observe effects of individualized nursing on adverse psychological status and compliance of patients with ectopic pregnancy during the perioperative period. Methods: 94 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected as the study subjects. According to the parity of the admission sequence, they were divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=47). The control group adopted the routine nursing program, while the observation group was given the individualized nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, nursing compliance and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: After the nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing compliance of the observation group was 93.62%(44/47), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.72%(37/47), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%(2/47), which was significantly lower than 17.02%(8/47) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The individualized nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychological status of the patients with ectopic pregnancy, improve their compliance, and reduce the incidence of complications.
