学历教育与职业资格教育融合:以某财经高校为例

摘　　要：近年来我国经济发展进入转型阶段,各行各业的高尖端人才缺口也越来越大。在这样的环境背景下就业形势却日益严峻,反映出当前我国高等教育体系还存在着种种缺陷。文章以南京审计大学为代表的财经类高校为例,从学历教育和职业资格教育两个角度,系统分析我国高等院校在教育过程中存在的问题,并就实现学历教育与职业资格教育的相互融合提出建议,对国家培养既具备深厚理论基础的知识型人才又拥有行业技能的技术型人才有着重要的现实意义。China's economy has developed into a transitional stage,and there is a growing shortage of high-end talents in all walks of life.The situation of the employment market is increasingly rigorous under such a background,which reflects that there are still many defects in the current higher education system of China.Taking the financial and economic colleges represented by Nanjing Audit University as an example,this paper systematically analyses the problems of the education of universities in China from the perspectives of both vocational and academic education.Then this paper puts forward some suggestions on realizing the integration of vocational and academic education,which will be of great practical significance for China's cultivating talents with both profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills.
