摘  要:为保证汽车大型覆盖件模具的精确性并延长其使用寿命,研究了铸态下获得用于大型覆盖件模具的高强度球墨铸铁材料的方法。以生铁、废钢为主要原料,75SiFe、65MnFe、钼铁、铬铁、镍板以及电解铜等为辅料,通过化学成分设计,采用中频感应炉熔炼,在铜、钼、铬和镍合金元素的复合叠加作用下,获得了强度高、韧性好的珠光体基球墨铸铁。研究结果表明:高强度球墨铸铁大型覆盖件模具材料的微观组织中珠光体含量≥90%,抗拉强度在800MPa以上,硬度为260左右,伸长率为3.0%。In order to ensure the accuracy of the large size cover mould of the automobile and prolong its service life,the method of obtaining high strength ductile iron material for the large scale cover mould in the as cast condition was studied.With pig iron and scrap steel as main raw materials,75 SiFe,65 MnFe,ferromolybdenum,ferrochromium,nickel plate and electrolytic copper as auxiliary materials,pearlite-based ductile iron with high strength and good toughness was obtained through chemical composition design and melting in medium frequency induction furnace under the combined action of copper,molybdenum,chromium and nickel alloy elements.The results show that the high strength ductile iron for large scale cover mold material has a pearlite content of more than 90%in the microstructure,the tensile strength is over 800 MPa,the hardness is about 260,and the elongation is 3.0%.
