全民终生学习背景下高校图书馆社会化服务职能的延伸与拓展

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,终身学习理念深入人心。高校图书馆拥有丰富的信息资源,其社会化职能的延伸和拓展将成为必然趋势。全民终生学习背景下,高校图书馆具有开展社会化服务的必要性,其服务内容包括服务对象社会化、服务内容社会化、服务功能社会化。而思想观念、管理体制、知识产权及经费等问题制约了高校图书馆社会化服务的开展。应当从构建馆际联盟、建设地方文献特色数据库、对社会读者进行信息素养培训、提供深层次信息服务等方面,构建高校图书馆社会化服务职能的延伸与拓展,更好地满足社会读者的需求。With the development of society, the concept of lifelong learning is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Libraries of colleges and universities have rich information resources, and the extension and expansion of their socialization functions will become an inevitable trend. Under the background of lifelong learning for the whole people, libraries of colleges and universities have the necessity to carry out social services. The services include socialization of service objects, socialization of service content, and socialization of service functions. Problems such as ideological concepts, management systems, intellectual property rights, and funding have constrained the development of social services in libraries of colleges and universities. The extension and expansion of social service functions of libraries of colleges and universities should be constructed from the aspects of constructing an inter-library alliance, building a local document characteristic database, conducting information literacy training for social readers, and providing in-depth information services, in order to better meet the needs of social readers.
