摘  要:目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗增殖性红斑的效果及安全性。方法 8例患者治疗前均要求签署5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗增殖性红斑知情同意书。所有操作均由初诊医生进行或其直接指导下完成。治疗前先去掉皮损表面的鳞屑或分泌物,再将现配制的20%浓度的5-氨基酮戊酸溶液均匀涂在覆盖于皮损的棉垫上,然后用保鲜膜封包,避光3~4 h,后用633 nm红光照射20~25 min(功率密度100 mW/cm^2),治疗1次/周,每次治疗前由初诊医生照相并判定效果,以决定是否再进行下次治疗。总疗程3~6次后评定整体治疗效果。结果经3~6次治疗后,治愈7例,显效1例,治疗总有效率为100%。无瘢痕增生等明显副作用。结论 ALA-PDT治疗增殖性红斑疗效好、安全。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of 5-aminolevuinic aicd photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in the treatment of erythroplasia of queyrat. Methods Before treatment, 8 patients were required to sign the informed consent of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for erythroplasia of queyrat. All operations were carried out by the first doctor or under their direct guidance. Before treatment, scales or secretions on the surface of the lesion were removed, then the prepared solution of 5-aminolevulinic acid with 20% concentration was evenly applied on the cotton pad covered with the lesion, and the lesions were wrapped with fresh-keeping film for 3-4 hours, and then irradiated with 633 nm red light for 20-25 minutes (power density 100 mW/cm^2), with once a week. The first doctor took a picture and judged the effect to decide whether to take the next treatment or not before each treatment. The overall therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3-6 courses of treatment. Results After 3-6 courses of treatment, 7 cases cured and 1 case was markedly effective. The total effective rate of treatment was 100%. There were no obvious side effects such as scar hyperplasia. Conclusion ALAPDT is effective and safe in the treatment of erythroplasia of queyrat.
