摘　　要：科学有效地管理学生教学信息员,对提高教学质量、发挥学生参与教学管理的主体作用、完善教学质量监控体系等方面都有着重要意义。本文阐述了地方高校在教学信息员管理工作的实践过程中发现的问题,并对我校教学信息员的管理工作进行了六项行之有效的改革措施。Scientific and effective management of student information staff is of great significance in improving the quality of teaching,exerting the main role of students participate in teaching management,and improving the monitoring system of teaching quality.In this paper,we describe the problems in the practice of the management of student information staff in the local colleges and universities,and six effective reform measures have been taken for the management of student information member in our university.
