摘　　要：在建立世界一流高校、一流学科的“双一流”创新培养中,培育出一批批高水平人才是实现伟大复兴中国梦的重要基础。在此背景下,提出了“教书育人”是高校教师的重要使命;而学以致用是“双一流”创新培养中高等学校教师“教与学”新模式的重要起点。只有把握时代脉搏,与时俱进,在实践中不断创新“教与学”的新模式,才能实现“双一流”建设的最终跨跃。In the establishment of double first-class innovation training of world-class universities and first-class subject,cultivating a batch of high-level talents is an important foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.In this context,it is proposed that teaching and educating people is a vital mission of college teachers,and learning to use is a significant starting point for new teaching and learning model under double first-class innovation training of higher education.Only by grasping the pulse of the times,advancing with the times,and constantly innovating new model of the teaching and learning in practice,can we achieve the ultimate leap on the construction of double first-class.
