摘　　要：深入了解高等教育精准扶贫政策的内涵及意义,分析高等教育精准扶贫政策对广西高校贫困生完成学业的积极和消极影响,探讨高等教育精准扶贫政策对贫困生完成学业发挥积极影响的机制。This paper deeply understands the connotation and significance of the targeted poverty alleviation policy of higher education,analyzes the positive and negative impact of the targeted poverty alleviation policy of higher education on impoverished college students completing their studies in Guangxi,and discusses the mechanism of the positive impact of the targeted poverty alleviation policy of higher education on the completion of education of impoverished college students.
