摘  要:为充分研究锅炉尾部烟气在烟气深度余热利用系统内的流动细节,优化余热利用,采用k-εRNG湍流模型模拟连续相烟气,离散相模型模拟飞灰分散相,双向耦合飞灰颗粒与烟气,将烟气深度余热利用装置简化为多孔介质模型,对烟气两相流场进行了数值计算.模拟结果表明,烟气在非均匀分布的烟气档板中流动分布不均.在优化为烟气均布挡板后,通过压力、速度以及速度不均匀系数等对均布装置进行了评价.In order to study the gas flow field in the boiler tail flue and utilize optimally the waste heat, numerical investigation was carried out to simulate the two phase flow of flue gas, in which the gas was considered as continuous phase and described by k-ε RNG turbulence model, and the flying ash was treated as dispersed phase and described by discrete phase model. The gas and flying ash was interacted by two-way coupling. The waste heat utilization device was simplified as porous media model. Simulation results show that the design of the flow-equalizing equipment and the flue were evaluated and analysed according to the pressure, velocity distribution and velocity non-uniform coefficient.
