应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：分析了应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养现状及存在的问题,进而指出了人才培养的原则,最后从理论教学、实践教学、导师制和校政行企四方协同发展四个方面构建人才培养模式,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,使高等教育与地方经济发展紧密联系,带动经济发展。This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of cultivating application-oriented universities innovative talents,and points out that the way of talent training.Finally,talent training model is seted up from theory and practice teaching,tutorial system and coordination of school administration and enterprise.Innovative consciousness and innovative ability of students is developed,the higher education and local economic development closely ties,and promote the economic development.
