摘　　要：翻转课堂是受到教育界热烈响应和广泛认可的重要教学方法之一。翻转课堂存在许多优点,同时也有一定的弊端。不同课程翻转课堂的具体设计有各自的特点。《动物营养学》是动物科学专业的核心课程之一。本文系统描述了通过建立专业基础课知识库、建立动物营养教学视频库、建立重难点知识库的方法,把翻转课堂融入动物营养教学的过程中。该方法也可以为动物科学专业其他课程的教学改革,提供一定借鉴和参考。Flipped classroom is one of the most important teaching methods that have been enthusiastically used by education community and widely recognized by students and teachers.Different flipped classroom have their own individual design according to their own characteristics."Animal Nutrition" is one of the core courses of animal science. This article systematically describes the methods of integrating the flipped classroom into the animal nutrition teaching process by establishing a document file of professional basic courses,building a video library for teaching animal nutrition, and setting up a knowledge base of key points and difficulties during teaching.This method can also provide some reference for the teaching reform of other courses in animal science.
