云南边境跨国婚姻的现状与问题——基于云南省勐腊县勐满镇大广村委会的调查

摘　　要：对中老边境跨国通婚现象进行实地调查,有助于分析中老边境村寨跨国婚姻和我国现行法律规范体系中存在的问题及原因,为系统构建对中老边境村寨跨国婚姻规制的应对措施提供依据。本文主要通过对云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐腊县勐满镇大广村委会的边境村寨跨国婚姻问题进行调研,研究中老边境村寨跨国婚姻的现状,分析由边境跨国婚姻引发的一系列影响边境地区社会稳定和经济发展的问题,为解决边民跨境通婚问题与构建和谐边疆提供决策依据。It is significant to conduct field surveys about the cross-border marriages in the border area between China and Laos, so as to figure out problems and reasons of the phenomenon and of our current corresponding law system, which, in turn, offers evidences and catering solutions to construct regulations for villagers in the area involving cross-border marriage. Through investigations of the cross-border marriages in villages of Mengman Town, Mengla County, Yunnan Province, this paper aims to research the current situation among the villages bordering Yunnan and Laos, analyzesa series of social and economic problems aroused in stability and development of the border area, so as to offer determination support for solving issues related to cross-border marriage and in turn construct harmonious border living environment.
