摘  要:针对汽车尾气催化器的效果起到重要影响作用的前驱体硝酸铂溶液不能长期存放,化学性质发生变化而形成浑浊和沉淀的情况,主要从杂质离子的控制、产率提升、铂溶液稳定性等方面进行汽车三元催化器用铂溶液的合成研究。实验结果表明,通过低温冷却反应,可有效地去除Cl^-,产率达到90%以上;采用0.001 mol/L稀HNO3浸泡洗涤的方式去除Na^+,可使羟铂酸中的Na+降低至0.5%以下,满足生产要求;当溶解酸浓度为4.5~6.5 mol/L、反应温度为50~70℃,溶液粒径可保持稳定状态。In view of the fact that platinum nitrate solution, the precursor of automotive exhaust three-way catalysts, which plays an important role in the effect of automotive exhaust catalysts, can not be stored for a long time and its chemical properties of platinum nitrate solution change to form turbidity and precipitation, the synthesis of the platinum solution for automotive three-way catalysts is mainly studied from the control of impurity ions, the improvement of yield and the stability of platinum solution. The experimental results show that Cl^- can be effectively removed by low temperature cooling reaction with a yield of over 90%. Na^+ can be removed by soaking and washing with 0.001 mol/L HNO3, which can reduce Na+ in HPA to less than 0.5% and meet the production requirements. When the concentration of dissolved acid is 4.5-6.5 mol/L and the reaction temperature is 50-70℃, the particle size of the solution can remain stable.
