摘 要:建立一种以紫外分光光度法测定注射用甲磺酸萘莫司他主药含量的检测方法。用紫外分光光度计在241 nm处测定甲磺酸萘莫司他吸收度,并计算含量。结果表明,在0~10.0μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999),加标回收率为100.4%~101.7%,RSD为0.43%。本方法简便易行,结果可靠,重现性好,精密度高,能够满足含量测定的需要。A UV spectrometric method was established for the determination of main drug content of nafamostate mesilate for injection. First, ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the concentration absorbance of nafamostate mesilate for injection at 241 nm, then calculate its content. The results show that the linear relationship between concentration and absorbance is good in the ranges of 0~10.0 μg/m L(r = 0.999), the average recoveries are 100.4%-101.7%, RSD is 0.43%. This method is simple and feasible with good accuracy and repeatability, which can be used for the content determination of the nafamostate mesilate for injection.
