小儿咽扁颗粒抗急性咽炎药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的:根据小儿咽扁颗粒的临床适应证,研究小儿咽扁颗粒对于急性咽炎的治疗作用,证明其疗效,并初步分析其作用环节。方法:采用咽部氨水喷雾的方法,诱发大鼠急性咽炎(Acute Pharyngitis),观察小儿咽扁颗粒对急性咽炎大鼠免疫功能、血清炎性反应因子的影响以及对咽部黏膜的保护作用。结果:连续给药7d后,模型组与正常组比较,大鼠表观指标评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小儿咽扁颗粒低剂量组可显著性降低表观指标评分。连续给药7d后,病理学指标结果显示小儿咽扁颗粒低、中、高剂量组可不同程度改善咽部炎性反应情况。血清炎性因子检测结果显示,小儿咽扁颗粒不同剂量组可不同程度降低血清炎性因子TNF-α浓度(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:小儿咽扁颗粒对急性咽炎大鼠有增强免疫功能、降低血清炎性反应因子的作用,对咽部黏膜有一定保护作用。Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules on acute pharyngitis according to its clinical indications. Methods: Acute pharyngitis in rats was induced by pharyngeal ammonia spray to observe the effects of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules on the immune function and serum inflammatory factors,and the protective effect in pharynx mucosa. Results: After 7 days of continuous administration,there was a significant difference in the apparent index score between the model group and the normal group( P <0.05).The low dose of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules significantly reduced the apparent index score.After 7 days of continuous administration,the pathological results showed that the low,medium and high doses of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules could improve the pharyngeal inflammation to different degrees.The results of serum inflammatory factor test showed that the concentration of serum inflammatory factor TNF-α was decreased to different degrees in different dosage groups of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules( P <0.05;P <0.01). Conclusion: Xiaoer Yanbian Granules could improve immune function,reduce serum inflammatory factors of rats with acute pharyngitis and protect the pharynx mucosa to some extent.
