摘　　要：高校网络规模日益庞大,产品更新换代更加频繁,校园网络与信息安全形势严峻,网信部门疲于应对各类突发情况。网络安全不仅是技术问题,更是管理问题。高校信息安全管理工作,要把安全摆在第一位,做到内容和安全相统一,如何做好信息安全工作是高校管理者和网信部门应当认真研究的课题。The scale of university network is becoming larger and larger, product updates are more frequent, the situation of campus network and information security is grim, and the network and telecommunications departments are tired of dealing with all kinds of emergencies. Network security is not only a technical problem, but also a management problem. In the information security management of colleges and universities, we must put safety in the first place and achieve the unity of content and security. How to do a good job of information security is a subject that college administrators and network information departments should seriously study.
