摘　　要：本文运用单案例分析方法,选取极具代表性的传统花卉企业平台化转型为案例对象,从商业模式创新的新视角,探索出“斗南花卉”模式创新的内在机理及其成功的关键.首先,根据所收集的斗南花卉产业集团相关案例资料进行分析,详细阐述了斗南花卉产业集团的发展历程、困境、主要特征与优势,归纳出传统花卉企业运用前沿技术,设计和构建全产业链综合服务平台和平台生态系统,发现运营模式、营利模式和业务推广模式等商业模式创新的基本内容,挖掘“斗南花卉”模式的内在机理及成功的关键,对其他农产品平台型企业的发展与升级改造颇具借鉴意义.By means of single case study method and from the new perspective of technological innovation and business model innovation, this paper selects the typical traditional flower enterprise platform transformation as a case and explores the internal mechanism and the key to success of “Dounan Flower” model. First of all, according to the collected data of the related case of Dounan Flower Industry Group, this study elaborated the development course, predicament, main characteristics and advantages of Dounan Flower Industry Group in detail. Secondly, this paper concluded that traditional flower enterprises use advanced technology to design and construct a comprehensive service platform and platform ecosystem of the whole industry chain. Then we found the basic content of business model innovation, such as operation mode, profit mode and business promotion mode. Finally, this study explored the rules of service mode innovation and excavated the inner mechanism and the key to success of “Dounan Flower” model, which is of great significance to the development and upgrading of other agricultural products platform enterprises.
