摘  要:目的:探讨CT能谱联合多普勒超声的术前测定泌尿系结石成分的准确性。方法:应用彩色多普勒闪烁伪像技术,观察泌尿系结石有无闪烁伪像出现,测定其结石成分,经排石后,用红外光谱仪技术进行结石成分分析。结果:CT能谱联合多普勒超声>CT能谱成像>彩色多普勒闪烁伪像,且两种检查准确性具有统计学意义。结论:术前采用CT能谱联合多普勒超声对结石成分分析并结合尿液中尿酸、磷、钙等的检测,进一步分析尿路结石的来源,指导临床选择合适的防治及治疗方法,亦可为手术的安全顺利进行提供多一层保障,并可缩短手术时间,减少手术并发症,缩短住院病日,减轻费用等。Objective: To investigate the accuracy of preoperative determination of urinary stone components by CT energy spectrum combined with doppler ultrasound. Methods: the color doppler scintillation artifact technology was used to observe whether there was scintillation artifact in urinary calculi. Results: CT energy spectrum combined with doppler ultrasound>CT energy spectrum imaging>color doppler scintillation artifact, and the two kinds of examination accuracy has statistical significance. Conclusion: preoperative CT spectroscopy combined doppler flow imaging(cdfi)in stone composition analysis and combined with urine uric acid,phosphorus, calcium, such as testing, further analyzing the source of urinary stones,to choose the appropriate prevention and control and guide the clinical treatment,can also provide one more layer for operation safety guarantee,and can shorten the operation time,reduce complications,shorten the hospitalization disease, reduce costs, etc.
