摘　　要：海洋资源的可持续利用依赖海洋资源的科学管理。《海洋资源管理》是一部集行政、经济、法律和科技专业知识,系统探究我国海洋资源管理的成功之作,填补了国内外尚无现存海洋资源管理教材的空白。该著作展示了新时代海洋资源管理的重点和关键,提升了海洋资源利用与管理的基础性地位,进一步丰富和完善海洋科学和管理科学的理论体系。Sustainable use of marine resources depends on the scientific management of marine resources."Marine Resource Management" is a collection of administrative, economic, legal and scientific expertise, systematically exploring marine resource management in China, and it filled the blank of no existing marine resource management textbooks at home and abroad. This book demonstrates the key points and keys of marine resources management in the new era, improves the basic status of marine resources utilization and management, and further enriches the theoretical system of marine science and management science.
