针刺内关穴对糖尿病性心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺内关穴对糖尿病性心脏自主神经病变患者5min短时心率变异性(HRV)的即时效应。方法:60例糖尿病性心脏自主神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组针刺双侧内关穴,对照组针刺双侧悬钟穴。比较两组HRV短时频域指标TP、LF、HF、LF/HF于针刺前、中、后期的变化。结果:观察组针刺后HF明显升高(P<0.05),对照组针刺前后心率变异性频域指标变化均无差异(P>0.05);针刺中观察组HF较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),针刺后两组患者各频域指标无差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺内关穴具有明显增强心脏迷走神经活性的作用,且此作用对本病变患者心率变异性的影响具有相对特异性。Objective: To observe the immediate effect of needling Neiguan(PC6) on 5min heart rate variability (HRV) of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(DCAN). Methods: 60 DCAN patients were randomly divided into the observation group( n =30) and the control group( n =30). The observation group was treated with needling bilateral PC6;whereas the control group was treated with needling bilateral Xuanzhong(GB39). The changes of HRV indexes, such as TP, LF, HF and LF/HF, were compared before, during and after the needling. Results: HF was significantly increased after the needling in the observation group( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HRV between before and after the needling in the control group( P >0.05). During the needling, HF was greatly increased in the observation group compared to that in the control group( P < 0.05). After the needling, there were no statistical differences between the two groups in the HRV indexes( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Needling PC6 has positive regulation on vagus activity, which showed relatively specific effect on HRV in DCAN patients.
