梅花针循经叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察梅花针循经叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:筛选符合纳入标准的DNP患者106例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组在常规治疗基础上予以口服甲钴胺分散片进行治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上给予梅花针循经叩刺治疗,两个疗程后评价疗效。结果:对照组总有效率83.02%,观察组总有效率92.45%,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后多伦多临床评分显著下降,神经传导速度均较治疗前明显改善,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平较治疗前明显降低,且观察组各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05),说明梅花针循经叩刺治疗方法优于单一药物治疗。结论:梅花针循经叩刺能够明显减轻糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及体征,并能改善神经传导速度和血糖水平。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of tapping with plum-blossom needle along meridians in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods: 106 patients with DNP were randomly divided into the control group( n =53) and the observation group( n =53). The two groups were given routine basic treatment;on which basis, the control group was treated with oral mecobalamin dispersible tablets, and the observation group was given tapping with plum-blossom along meridians. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than 83.02% of the control group( P <0.05). After the treatment, the clinical scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the nerve conduction velocity was significantly improved compared to those before the treatment. The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were significantly lower than those before the treatment in the two groups;of which, the observation group was superior to the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Tapping with plum-blossom needle along meridians can reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with DPN, and it can improve nerve conduction velocity and blood glucose levels.
