顾锡镇教授从“肾督虚寒”理论治疗脊髓损伤的经验

摘　　要：脊髓损伤是严重危害人类健康的疾病,给社会、家庭、个人带来巨大负担。顾锡镇教授不苛求临床分期,独辟蹊径,从“肾督虚寒”理论治疗督脉损伤,以“温肾通督”为法治疗本病,选取阳和汤为主方,辨证加减,有效的缓解了临床症状,提高了患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Spinal cord injury is a serious disease which badly endangers human health, bringing huge burden to the society, family and individuals. Professor GU Xizhen treats spinal cord injury with Modified Yanghe Decoction from the theory of the deficiency-cold of Kidney and Governor Vessel, which has effectively allieviated clinical symptoms and improved life quality of the patients. The therapy provides a new thought and method for clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.
