摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定枣中糖精钠的含量。实验结果表明:采用高效液相色谱法测定大枣中糖精钠,分离效果好,标准曲线的线性相关系数为1.0000,通过对青枣和冬枣样品进行糖精钠测定,两组样品均为阴性样品。以两组样品为基质进行糖精钠加标回收实验,回收率分别为94.8%、92.4%,相对标准偏差分别为1.10%、0.85%。因此,该方法对大枣中糖精钠含量的测定具有较好的准确度和精密度。The high performance liquid chromatography determined the content of saccharin sodium in jujube. The results indicated that the separation effect of saccharin sodium in jujube by high performance liquid chromatography was good. The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 1.000 0. Saccharin sodium was determined in two groups of jujube and winter jujube. The experimental results showed that both groups of samples were negative. Two groups of samples were used as matrix for recovery of saccharin sodium. The recovery rates of saccharin sodium in two groups were 94.8% and 92.4% respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 1.10% and 0.85% respectively. So this method was accurate and precise for the determination of saccharin sodium in Chinese jujube.
