摘 要:目的:分析62例糖尿病样本的金奈玛特选茶和马齿苋合剂临床疗效。方法:应用临床医学观察对比法,对检验学院2017年11月—2018年11月资料库中的732例糖尿病样本资料库进行查询汇编,从中遴选出62例实验样本,依照样本检测方法的不同,等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行行金奈玛特选茶治疗,观察组应用马齿苋合剂治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组检验效果突出率83.87%(26/31)明显低于观察组检验效果突出率96.77%(30/31),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马齿苋合剂活性成分包含微量元素、黄酮、多糖、氨基酸、多酚、维生素和不饱和脂肪酸等生物活性成分,在抗糖尿病的临床效果中,比之金奈玛特选茶具有较高的降低不良反应和并发症效果,值得推广实施。Objective: To analyze the detection effect of clinical of ginematt tea and purslane mixture in 62 diabetic samples. Methods: 732 diabetic sample databases of laboratory College from November 2017 to November 2018 were searched and compiled by the method of clinical observation and comparison. 62 diabetic samples were selected as experimental samples. According to the different methods of sample detection, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given ginnermatt selected tea active ingredient test, and the observation group was given Kinnamat tea mixture active ingredient test. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The prominent rate of the control group was 83.87%(26/31), which was significantly lower than that of the observation group 96.77%(30/31), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The Kinnamat tea Mixture include trace elements, flavonoids, polysaccharides, amino acids, polyphenols, vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids and other bio. It has a high effect of reducing adverse reactions and complications in the clinical effect of anti-diabetes, and is worthy of popularization and implementation.
