碳素竿体的生产工艺及表观缺陷的分析研究

摘　　要：由于人们生活水平的逐渐提高,越来越多的人开始享受生活,垂钓已成为修身养生的最佳休闲方式,因此对鱼竿的质量要求也越来越高。文章介绍了碳素鱼竿的类型及竿体的生产工艺,对生产过程中竿体出现的表观缺陷(起花、滑芯、弯曲、缺胶等)进行分析研究,并提供相关的解决措施,给生产过程中的类似问题提供参考。合理调整原材料、生产工艺等因素,可以避免竿体类似缺陷的产生,确保产品质量。Due to the gradual improvement of people's living standards,more and more people began to enjoy life,fishing has become the best way to cultivate self-cultivation,so the quality requirements of fishing rods are getting higher and higher.The article introduces the type of surimi and the production process of the fish carcass,and analyzes and studies the apparent defects(flowering,sliding core,bendt,lack of glue,etc.)of the carcass in the production process,and provides relevant solutions,to provide a reference for similar problems in the production process.Reasonably adjust raw materials,processes and other factors to avoid the occurrence of similar defects in the carcass and ensure product quality.
