采用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的干预性护理方式研究

摘　　要：探究记忆合金髌骨爪在髌骨骨折治疗后的干预性护理效果。从2016年5月~2018年5月来我院进行髌骨骨折治疗的患者中随机选择100例作为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取髌骨环治疗后进行常规护理,实验组采取记忆合金髌骨爪治疗后采取干预性护理,分析比较两个小组患者的临床疗效。经过一段时间治疗后,实验组的治疗总有效率为96%(48/50),显著高于对照组的86%(43/50),差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。干预性护理能够显著提升记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的成效,值得在临床上广泛推广。To explore the intervention nursing effect of memory alloy patellar claw after treatment of patellar fracture.100 patients with patellar fracture treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing after patellar ring treatment,while the experimental group received interventional nursing after memory alloy patellar claw treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed and compared.After a period of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%(48/50),significantly higher than that of the control group 86%(43/50),the difference was significant(P<0.05)with statistical significance.Interventional nursing can significantly improve the effect of memory alloy patellar claw in the treatment of patellar fracture,which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
