摘 要:为保证模拟式接地电阻表检定结果的准确可靠,对其测量不确定度进行评定。基于JJG366-2004《接地电阻表检定规程》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了示值误差计算数学模型和不确定度评定模型,并使用JD-1B型接地电阻表检定装置对4102A型接地电阻表进行检定,列出了对示值误差结果有影响的不确定度来源,评定了各不确定度来源的标准不确定度分量。通过实验分析及验证,得出其检定结果的扩展不确定度为0.06,对同类型接地电阻表检定结果的不确定度评定具有指导意义和参考价值。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the verification results of analog grounding resistance meters,the uncertainty of measurement is evaluated.Based on JJG366-2004 Verification Regulations for Grounding Resistance Meters and JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Representation of Uncertainty of Measurement,the mathematical model for calculating indication error and evaluation model for uncertainty are established.JD-1 B grounding resistance meter verification device is used to connect 4102 A type grounding resistance meter.The ground resistance meter is checked,and the sources of uncertainty which affect the results of indication error are listed,and the standard uncertainty components of each source of uncertainty are evaluated.Through experimental analysis and verification,it is concluded that the expanded uncertainty of the verification results is 0.06,which has guiding significance and reference value for the uncertainty evaluation of the same type of grounding resistance meter verification results.
