摘　　要：介绍了沥青路面质量控制的重要性,要对沥青路面的施工技术进行控制和管理,以保障公路的施工质量。分析了沥青路面在施工技术中存在的问题,如碾压程度过浅,大幅降低了沥青路面的耐久力和坚固度,严重影响公路的使用寿命;拌合物产生分离,没有预先校对拌合料使用的磅秤和筛网,导致漏料,影响了材料数量的准确度;出现泛油现象,在碾压过程中,会有部分沥青粘在细料表面。阐述了提高沥青路面施工质量的方法,对混凝土材料进行常规检查,对材料进行拌和,对机器设备进行预热,使用接缝技术,对沥青路面进行养护,对施工设备进行检测,这样能有效延长公路的使用寿命。The importance of quality control of asphalt pavement is introduced.The construction technology of asphalt pavement should be controlled and managed to ensure the construction quality of highway.The problems existing in the construction technology of asphalt pavement are analyzed,such as shallow rolling degree,which greatly reduces the durability and firmness of asphalt pavement and seriously affects the service life of highway;separation of mixtures occurs without pre-proofreading the scale and screen used by mixtures,resulting in leakage of materials and affecting the accuracy of the number of materials;oil flooding occurs,which will occur during the rolling process.It expounds the methods to improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement,carries out routine inspection of concrete materials,mixes materials,preheates machinery and equipment,uses joint technology,maintains asphalt pavement and inspects construction equipment,which can effectively prolong the service life of highway.
