摘  要:带式输送机启动过程中,存在输送机动态特性明显、输送带承载段张力峰值波动大、张紧装置提供的张紧力不能保持稳定等问题。利用AMESim软件对不同的张紧方式进行建模,分析了不同张紧方式在“S”形正弦启动方式下,对张紧装置提供的张紧力以及输送带最大张力点的张力峰值波动的影响。仿真结果表明,张紧装置对张紧力的稳定性影响着输送带承载段的张力峰值波动大小,且成正相关性,仿真结果便于使用者根据不同的场合和条件使用不同的张紧方式。During a start-up process of belt conveyor,dynamic characteristics of conveyor are obvious,and tension peak value of conveyor belt is fluctuating greatly,and tension force provided by a tensioning device cannot be kept stable.The software AMESim is used to model different tensioning methods,and the influence of different tensioning modes on tension forces provided by the tensioning device and the fluctuation of tension peak value at the maximum tension point of conveyor belt under the “S” sinusoidal starting mode is analyzed.The simulation results show that the stability of tensioning device affects the fluctuation of tension peak value of conveyor belt's bearing section and has a positive correlation.The simulation results are convenient for users to use different tensioning methods according to different occasions and conditions.
