摘 要:采用化学复合镀技术在45^#钢基体上制备了Ni-P-Al2O3-Re镀层,并对化学镀之后的试样进行了热处理。研究了混合稀土的质量浓度和热处理温度对镀层性能的影响。结果表明:当混合稀土的质量浓度为20 mg/L时,镀层为非晶态结构,表面质量、显微硬度和耐蚀性均最好。镀层经400℃以上的热处理后完全转变为晶态结构,并且显微硬度和耐蚀性较热处理前有较大幅度的提高。经450℃热处理后的镀层,其表面的胞状晶粒分布最均匀,综合性能最好。Ni-P-Al2O3-Re coatings were prepared on 45^#steel substrate by electroless composite plating,and the samples was heat treated after electroless plating.The influences of mass concentration of mixed rare earth and heat treatment temperature on the properties of the coatings were studied.The results showed that when the mass concentration of mixed rare earth was 20 mg/L,the coating was amorphous,and its surface quality,microhardness and corrosion resistance were best.The coating has been completely transformed into crystalline structure after heat treatment over 400℃,and the microhardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were greatly improved compared with that before heat treatment.The distribution of cellular grains on the surface of the coating after 450℃heat treatment was the most uniform,and the comprehensive properties were the best.
