摘  要:研究了不同添加剂对镁合金锡酸盐转化膜耐蚀性的影响。通过单因素试验,得出了镁合金锡酸盐化学转化的最优配方:锡酸钠25 g/L,焦磷酸钠35 g/L,乙酸钠7 g/L,氢氧化钠7 g/L,EDTA 0.3 g/L,温度70℃,时间80 min。5种添加剂中,EDTA对镁合金锡酸盐转化膜耐蚀性的提高效果最显著。最优配方下得到的锡酸盐转化膜晶粒细小、均匀,堆积十分紧密,无缝隙,其相组成为Mg、Al12Mg17和MgSn(OH)6。The effects of different additives on the corrosion resistance of stannate chemical conversion coatings on magnesium alloy were studied.Through the single factor experiment,the optimum formula of stannate chemical conversion for magnesium alloy was determined as follows:sodium stannate 25 g/L,sodium pyrophosphate 35 g/L,sodium acetate 7 g/L,sodium hydroxide 7 g/L,EDTA 0.3 g/L,temperature 70℃,time 80 min.Of the five additives,the effect of EDTA on the corrosion resistance of the stannate conversion coating on magnesium alloy was more remarkable.The stannate conversion coating obtained with optimum formula was fine and uniform,the grains arranged closely without cracks.The coating was mainly composed of Mg,Al(12)Mg(17),and MgSn(OH)6 phases.
