摘 要:以湖泊淤泥为主要原材料、砖粉为瘠性料、煤粉为内燃料,在中试生产线上采用真空挤压塑性成型技术制备并经烧结制备湖泊淤泥烧结保温砌块。试验结果表明,当湖泊淤泥掺量为75%、砖粉掺量为10%、煤粉掺量为15%时,经930℃高温焙烧,可制备出抗压强度大于5.0MPa,导热系数为0.249W/(m·K)的淤泥烧结保温砌块。SEM分析表明,经高温焙烧后,可以获得较为致密的微观结构。以湖泊淤泥、煤粉为主要原材料生产烧结砌块是实现淤泥、工业废渣等综合利用的有效途径。Lake silt,brick powder and cinder were used as the main raw materials to prepare fired heat preservation blocks using the vacuum plastic extrusion in a pilot scale study.Results showed that fired heat preservation blocks with compressive strength(above 5 MPa)and thermal conductivity of 0.249 W/(m·K)can be made from 75%lake silt,10%brick powder and 15%cinder under 930℃high temperature.Scanning electron microscopy images showed that the microstructure of fired heat preservation blocks was very dense.This study proves that comprehensive utilization of lake silt,cinder would be promoted by producing fired heat preservation blocks.
