摘 要:以脱硫石膏、发泡剂为主要原材料制备发泡石膏轻质墙体材料,从抗折强度、抗压强度、孔结构等方面研究了发泡剂种类与掺量对发泡石膏性能的影响。试验结果表明,AOS泡沫制备的发泡石膏性能较好;随着泡沫掺量的增加,平均孔径和孔隙率增大;孔隙率与石膏强度呈负相关,Balshin和Ryshkevitch较其他模型具有更好的相关性;导热系数与孔隙率呈负线性相关。Desulphurization gypsum and foaming agents were used to prepare foamed gypsum lightweight wall materials.The effects of different foam types and dosages on the flexural strength,compressive strength and pore structure of foamed gypsum were studied.Experimental results showed that the properties of foamed gypsum prepared by AOS foam were better.With the increase of foam content,the average pore size and porosity increase.Porosity was negatively correlated with gypsum strength.Balshin and Ryshkevitch were better correlated than other models,and thermal conductivity was negatively linearly correlated with porosity.
