摘  要:采用氧化钙-氧化镁双膨胀源的高性能膨胀剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,取消了所有后浇带与伸缩缝,实现了地下混凝土工程的超长无缝施工技术。同时结合相应的施工技术措施,工程取得了良好的抗裂和自防水效果。实体结构监测数据表明,不同的结构位置其实际变形量大小不同,膨胀加强带应设置在结构变形较大处,且膨胀性能指标需相应提高,各结构部位在覆土回填后内部变形量和温度渐趋稳定。Shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared by calcium oxide(CaO)and magnesium oxide(MgO)double expansive resources of high performance expansive agent achieved the ultra-long jointless construction technology of underground engineering with no late poured band and expansion joint.With implementation of technical measures,crack-free and self-waterproof structures have been successfully built.Entity data monitoring concluded that the deformation was not same in different structures.Expansion reinforcing band should be put in the structures with more deformation,and expansion property index need correspondingly increased.Internal deformation and temperature of each structure tended to be stable after backfilling soil.
