无熟料矿渣水泥用于聚合物水泥基防水浆料的可行性研究

摘　　要：采用矿渣为主要原料,以石膏、氢氧化钙、硫酸钠和少量硫铝酸盐熟料作为碱性激发剂,通过正交试验方法确定最优强度配比,使其强度(特别是早期1d和7d强度)达到42.5R水泥强度等级要求。将最优配方的无熟料矿渣水泥用于双组份聚合物水泥基防水浆料中,并按照JC/T984—2011验证其应用的可行性。With slag as the main raw material,gypsum,calcium hydroxide,sodium sulphate and a small amount of sulphoaluminate cement clinker are used as alkaline activators.The optimum slag cement formulation ratio is found through orthogonal test,so that the strength(especially the early 1 d and 7 d strength)reaches the requirement of 42.5R cement.Finally,the optimum slag cement is used in two-component polymer cement waterproofing mortar,and its feasibility is verified according to the standard JC/T 984-2011.
