摘　　要：第六版JCI标准新增了“保障医疗业务连续性”内容。依据门急诊输液日常流程,在信息系统重大更新前,构建门急诊输液应急预案,可以在医疗机构信息系统宕机期间保障医疗业务的连续性。预案构建后,在信息系统重大更新前后,共发生6次系统无法正常运行的情况,其间均未发生调配差错。The sixth edition of the JCI standard has added the content of"guaranteeing medical business continuity".According to the daily routine of transfusion in the Emergency Department,before the major update of the information system,the contingency plan for the emergency department infusion can be constructed,which can guarantee the continuity of the medical service during the downtime of the information system in the medical institution.After the plan was constructed,there were 6 cases in which the system could not be operated normally before and after the major update of the information system,and no allocation errors occurred during the period.
