摘　　要：微信公众号为开放性端口,能够与各类网页界面实现无缝连接。依托微信公众号,设计并建立医疗安全(不良)事件报告管理平台,全面收集分析来自医护人员及患者的报告信息,加强医疗安全管理,强化医护人员风险防范意识,提高患者就医获得感。利用微信平台探索医院安全管理策略,将成为医院管理的重要方向。WeChat official account is an open port,which can seamlessly connect ports with various web interfaces.The medical safety(adverse)events reporting management platform was designed and established based on the WeChat official account,which can comprehensively collect and analyze report information from medical staff and patients,strengthen medical safety management,improve the awareness of risk prevention of medical staff,and improve patients'satisfaction on medical treatment.Further exploration of hospital safety management strategy based on the WeChat platform will become an important direction for hospital management.
